29:36 / 34:36-34:42

Jackie tries to pull Miki up and in the process can barely dodge a sign. Then he rolls over a bad guy.

6.3 sec

29:47 / 34:53-34:54

The horses are shown longer.

1.3 sec

Censorship
29:59 / 35:06-35:12

Another fight on the carriage: Jackie lets an attacker fall to the ground pretty heavily.

5.6 sec

Re-Cut
30:30-30:31 / 35:44 bzw 36:03

During the previous shots, there were a few missing frames. However, now there is a remarkable difference: The lug loosens earlier in the international version when Miki drives around the corner.
In the original version this happens a few seconds later when Miki dashes towards the yellow car; the shot is also shown during the same scene in the international version. Thus, it is not actually a re-cut but a shot that was used twice.

30:32 / 35:45-35:46

The shot is slightly longer before Jackie joins them.

0.8 sec

Censorship
30:34 / 35:48-35:54

A few civilians are falling to the ground. Subsequently we see Jackie walking around the corner.

5.8 sec

30:39 / 35:59-36:01

An additional slow motion shot of the galopping legs.

1.5 sec

30:40 / 36:02-36:03

Immediately before the aforementioned scene, the carriage is shown slightly longer.

0.5 sec

30:50 / 36:13-36:14

Before the carriage with Miki slams into the car window, we can see a short additional scene during which Jackie comes in from the back.

1 sec

Re-Cut
30:54-30:58 / 36:18-36:22

When Miki gets thrown up in the air, the international version includes this scene after the carriage had been turning in a half-long shot.
Actually, the scene comes earlier and the carriage spins uninterruptedly. Before the second part of this sequence was also included in the international version, the latter reuses a shot of Jackie from 30:34 / 35:48-35:54.

No difference in time.

30:59 / 36:24-36:27

The carriage slams on the ground in an additional shot. Miki is shown in the air a little earlier.

2.5 sec

31:00 / 36:28-36:29

Miki is shown slightly earlier.

1 sec

Re-Cut
31:03-31:04 / 36:32-36:33

While Jackie walks away from the camera in slow motion in the original version, the international version instead shows the carriage slaming into the ground.

1 sec

31:09 / 36:38-36:40

Jackie and Miki roll over the floor.

2.2 sec

31:44 / 37:15-37:16

Lakeisha enters her room slightly earlier.

0.6 sec

32:17 / 37:49

Lakeisha lashes out for a hit.
This was prbably taken out because the transition to the next scene is not correct - even though such "doubled" scenes are a trope in Jackie-movies.

0.3 sec

Censorship
32:22 / 37:55-37:57

Diana does not interrupt Lakeisha: "(Thief, I'm gonna) split your skull!"
This was probably a little too harsh.

2 sec

32:36 / 38:11-38:12

At the beginning of this scene, the camera pans upwards from her feet.

1.2 sec

Censorship
32:40 / 38:16-38:21

Lakeisha hits Diana on the back and the latter fals into the sideroom. From there, she fights back with an office chair.

5.5 sec

32:42 / 38:23-38:41

We can see Jackie and Miki earlier in the hallway. They talk in Kantonese.

17.6 sec

33:28 / 39:28-39:30

Jackie walks around Diana and comments: "I can't help you."

1.7 sec

34:04 / 40:06-40:07

The shot begins slightly earlier when Jackie justifies himself in front of Miki.

1 sec

34:43 / 40:46

The first shot on the roof begins slightly earlier.

0.6 sec

35:12 / 41:15-41:16

The followers are shown earlier.

0.8 sec

Altered Soundtrack
35:15 / 41:19

Only in the international version one of the bad guys says: "Giancarlo needs that tape. It's bonus time."
Another one responds: "That's what I'm talking about!"

35:26 / 41:30-41:33

Miki hesitates a little longer. Jackie grabs her by he arm to motivate her.

2.8 sec

35:41 / 41:48-41:54

Miki screams in the background ("Ow!"), to which Diana responds in a close-up shot: "Ow what?"
Jackie: "Nothing!"

5.5 sec

35:45 / 41:58-42:01

The shot from underneath is a little longer. Then, Diana takes a few hesitant steps; "Shit, shit..."

3.3 sec

Re-Cut
35:47-35:51 / 42:03 bzw 42:25-42:29

Before Lakeisha asks Jackie if he needs help. The international version now already shows the bad guys and the demons going to the door. In the original version, this scene actually happens 20 seconds later.

35:51 / 42:03-42:05

Lakeisha is shown in Jackie's arms slightly earlier.

1.8 sec

35:56 / 42:10-42:13

Lakeisha takes another step forward.

2.6 sec

35:59 / 42:16

Jackie picks Miki up a little earlier.

0.7 sec

36:08 / 42:29-42:31

At this point, the original version shows the next shot of the bad guys inside (see 35:47-35:51 / 42:03 bzw 42:25-42:29). The following shot from underneath was taken out of the international version.

1.5 sec

36:14 / 42:37-42:40

After Lakeisha told about her fear of heights, Jackie says: "Why didn't you tell me before?"
Lakeisha: "I just found out!"

3.6 sec

36:17 / 42:43-42:44

Jackie and Lakeisha are shown slightly earlier.

1.1 sec

Altered Soundtrack
36:32 / 42:50

Only in the international version we hear the demons say (before they arm two grenades): "All right, Giancarlo, payback time!"

37:01 / 43:28-43:33

There is another shot of the fire. Then, Jackie wraps himself around the beam earlier.

4.7 sec

37:17 / 43:49-43:57

Jackie asks if Miki is allright in Kantonese.

7.6 sec

37:28 / 44:08-44:09

Unimportant cut when Romeo talks to Jackie.

0.9 sec

37:45 / 44:26-44:28

Lakeisha: "(You're all welcome.) It'll be like a party."

1.6 sec

Altered Soundtrack
37:55 / 44:38

Before we see him talking onscreen (with a new dub), Giancarlo's business partner only in the international version at the end of the previous shot says: "We need that cocaine shipment."

38:15 / 44:58-44:59

Giancarlo is shown a little earlier before he calms the people down.

1.5 sec

Re-Cut
38:57 bzw 51:24-51:38 / 45:41-45:56

Someone asks Giancarlo from behind: "Excuse me boss, there's a phone call for you."
Grank: "I've got your cocaine and the tape. I'm bringing them tomorrow at the Golden Garden's construction."
Giancarlo: "Oh?"
Grank: "The price has doubled."
Giancarlo: "Thank you very much."

The international version also includes this scene, yet in a different context - after the demons just caught Jackie in the car and took the tape from him.

14.8 sec

39:23 / 46:22-46:40

Before Miki comes to Jackie (who momentarily gets his back scratched by) we first see her in the bathroom on her own. She talks to herself in the mirror and then goes out where she sees Jackie and Lakeisha.

18.5 sec

40:24 / 47:42-47:47

Jackie talks to Miki a little longer after she thought that Lakeisha's "small"-remark was referencing to her breasts (instead of ther clothes).

5 sec

40:37 / 48:00-48:02

Ditto - it is hard to describe the scene any better due to the missing subtitles.

2.8 sec

41:01 / 48:26-48:28

Diana goes out of the frame.

2.2 sec

41:27 / 48:54-49:07

Jackie and Miki talk/cuddle longer. In the background we can see people rushing by.

12.8 sec

Censorship
42:11 / 49:51-49:53

One of the demons surprises Diana at the door and kicks her in the stomach.

2.1 sec

Censorship
42:21 / 50:04-50:08

Lakeisha also gets some: The bad guy comes back from the door and she looks out of her room, saying "What happened?" Immediately, she gets kicked as well.

4.3 sec

42:39 / 50:26-50:27

The demon leader is shown earlier.

1.2 sec

42:51 / 50:39-50:40

He gets in the cear earlier.

0.8 sec

Alternative Scene / Re-Cut
43:20-43:22 bzw 43:33 / 51:09-51:15 bzw 55:42

Before the shot of the surveillance-screens, the International Version shortly shows a street. A minivan drives past.
This sequence acutually happens later (roughly four minutes) after Jackie finally fod Miki.

The Original Version instead shows two aerial shots and a close-up of Jackie; the first of those is shown ten seconds after the first shot of the van in the international version (not illustrated).

Original Version 4.7 sec longer

43:33-43:35 / 51:26-51:28

The operations manager adds "Am I clear?"
At this point the international version shows the aforementioned aerial shot.

International Version 0.5 sec

43:54 / 51:48-51:51

The operations manager gives another order ("Unit 4, go to Victoria Market") after they realized that Victoria Market is the demon-member's location.

3.4 sec

Altered Soundtrack
44:02 / 51:59

The order is now also included in the international version, yet coming over a radio.

Altered Soundtrack
44:07-44:12 / 52:04-52:09

Only the international version includes a few clichéd orders ("Take the corner, stay in contact").
The guy in the car says "Unit 2, I've got Jackie in sight" while in the original it is "There he is".

44:12 / 52:09-52:23

Jackie walks around for a while and is being followed.

14.7 sec

44:39 / 52:50-52:52

The last shot in the car is slightly longer.

2 sec

Re-Cut
44:47 bzw 44:50-44:52 / 53:01-53:03

Only in the original version we see a scene inside the car where the officer in charge says "Unit 1, secure the beach" after Jackie turns around.
In the international version this was postponed to a point where the car goes into this direction.

Original Version 0.6 sec longer

Altered Soundtrack
44:55 / 53:09

Only in the international version Unit 2 comments (unnecessarily) that they have Jackie in sight.

45:32 / 53:46-53:47

Jackie puts his cellphone away a little earlier.

0.8 sec

45:42 / 53:57-54:12

Romeo: "All units focus in on Jackie."
Officer in charge: "I warned you, I'm in charge. Now back off!"
Romeo: "Can't you see what they're doing? They're running us around."
The officer angrily sits down.

15.4 sec

45:47 / 54:17-54:18

The officer in charge is shown longer.

1.1 sec

Altered Soundtrack
45:48 / 54:19

During the following scenes, only the international version includes senseless "Unit 2, copy?"-comments over the radio.

Alternative Scene / Re-Cut
45:57-46:01 bzw 46:07-46:16 bzw 46:20-46:21 / 54:28-54:44 bzw 54:51-55:03

Now there are entirely weird re-cuts: In the international version we see a shot of Jackie walking around a little earlier before Grank makes Miki look like a fool.
All shots of him that would actually follow now (he looks around) were put in a few seconds later in a shorter version. Actually, the camera pans around a little longer and the closer shot of Jackie was taken out almost entirely (there is a super short moment a few seconds later). Additionally they took out a shot of a guy eating ice cream and another one of Jackie.

Only additional material will be illustrated below.

Original Version 13,8 sec longer

46:33 / 55:18-55:19

Before a closer shot of Miki waving her hand we see Jackie again.

1.4 sec

46:45 / 55:31-55:32

The agent is shown slightly longer.

0.9 sec
