In the UK Version, Gene and Alex are having a conversation first.
Alex: "No, that's impossible. We didn't tell anyone."
Gene: "I had to get a warrant, I told the judge."
Alex: "What, you think Mac's got judges in his pocket?"
Ray approaches and asks: "This a private conversation or can anybody join in?
Alex: "No, it's private."
With Rachel showing up, the versions are back in sync.

After Alex received another one of these mysterious calls, there is a beeping sound.
In the International Version, an exterior shot of the Quattro follows.
In the UK Version, the scene is not over yet.
Jackie comes in and asks: "What's up?".
Alex: "Nothing, I, uh… I just… I was having… a dream about my little girl."
Jackie: "Come on. I need you to be strong."
While Alex and Jackie are hugging, Gene enters. He turns on the light, Alex and Jackie turn around to him.
Alex: "Go on, make some smutty comment."
Jackie: "Don't you knock?"
Gene: "Get dressed."
Alex: "Where are we going?"
Then Gene leaves and with the following exterior shot of the Quattro, the versions are back in sync.

After Gene's "The girl from the photographer's.", Chris bends over, takes a look at her hand and says: "She's been fighting someone."

After Mac arrested Alex, the International Version continues with her being interrogated.
In the UK Version, her apartment is being searched. Mac's people are destroying the entire apartment.
Alex: "This is an outrage!"
Mac: "I made it quite clear, DI Drake. Either with me or against me."
Policeman: "Sir."
Mac approaches that cop who just found a bundle of money in a hole in the wall.
Mac: "I didn't know we started paying overtime in cash."
Then the cop finds drugs as well.
Mac: "I'm sure you've got an explanation for everything."
Another cop gets a brand spanking new TV out of some box.
Ray: "We found those at Kevin Hales' house. You said you didn't want one."
Alex: "I didn't want one. Well, you don't believe him, do you?"
Mac (to Gene): "You can always tell a man by the company he keeps."
Gene: "You never you were at Hendon with Ralph Jarvis."
Mac: "I know some nice beaches down at the West Country. The wife and Victoria go there in the summer."
Gene: "I thought maybe the Bahamas was more your style."
Mac: "On my salary?"
Now, one of the cops shows some bank statements to Mac.
Mac: "Bank statements. You don't mind if I have a little look, as you've nothing to hide."
Alex: "He phones me, you know."
Mac: "Who phones you?"
Alex: "The man who leaves me roses. You know who."
Mac: "I've no idea what you're talking about, Drake."
He then takes a look at the bank statements: "Now here's a lady who can afford a trip to the Bahamas. Get her back to the station."
Then the already mentioned interrogation scene.
