Comparison between the Theatrical Version and the Director's Cut. Both versions have been taken from the US-DVDs from 20th Century Fox. Although the DC of ELEKTRA is about 3 minutes longer, we are spared extended dialogue scenes. A little more violence here and there, even a new score from time to time. ELEKTRA is an example for a successfully and reasonably extended Director's Cut of the kind we'd like to see more often.
