After the exterior shot of the royal palace, the UK Theatrical Version continues with Kobra Khan and Webstor showing up in front of the two guards.
The She-Ra Version on the other hand contains a dissolve to a scene with King Randor, Queen Malena, Prince Adam and Princess Adora at the dinner table - Cringer is lying in the background. Adora tells her family about Etheria.
Adora: "And then Madame Razz said 'mire' instead of 'fire' and turned the whole camp into a swamp."
Everybody laughs, then King Randor: "This Madame Razz sounds a lot like our Orko."
Adora: "Who's Orko?"
Adam: "A little friend of ours from a dimension called Trolla. He's there now, visiting his uncle but he's due back soon. You'll like him, sis."
Adora: "I can't wait to meet him."
König Randor: "Just be careful if he offers to do a trick for you."
Cringer: "Very careful."
Adora looks surprised, then the scene with Kobra Khan and Webstor.

After Trap Jaw's announcement to stop She-Ra, the UK Theatrical Version sows te scene with He-Man, Teela and Man-At-Arms.
In the She-Ra Version, She-Ra comes up with another one-liner.
She-Ra: "Alright, that's it. No one around here knows how to treat a lady."

After She-Ra and He-Man explain after a fashion that Adora was safe, the UK Theatrical Version shows Skeletor complaining about She-Ra being a female He-Man.
In the She-Ra Version, Teela asks: "Well, then what are we doing here?"
He-Man: "Nothing much. So let's say we all leave."
She-Ra: "Fine with me."
Teela: "Hm. I don't believe this."
Now, Skeletors complains about the female He-Man as well. But first, he responds to Teela's remark.
Skeletor: "Neither do I. (A female He-Man. This ist he worst day of my life.)"

In the She-Ra Version, Adora explains more detailed why she needs to return to Etheria.
(Adora: "I love you all but Etheria is my world. I can"t just leave it in the hands of the Horde.")
King Randor: "Hordak is responsable for this, isn't he?"
Adora: "In a way, yes. I realize when he came after me, that he'd never let me live in piece. And next time, he might harm one of you. I couldn't bare that."
Queen Malena: "We're not afraid of the Horde. And we'll protect you."
With Adora hugging her mother, the versions are back in sync.

Even though it is just a few missing sentences, the scene makes so much more sense in the She-Ra Version because in my opinion, King Randor agrees way too fast that Adora is going to return to Etheria. In the She-Ra Version on the other hand, Adora explains it more reasonable.

After the Sorceress explains to Adora that only needs to hold aloft her sword and say the Sorceress's name, Adora returns to Etheria.
In the She-Ra Version, Adora has a little conversation with the Sorceress.
Adora: "I remember. And thank you, Sorceress. You've given me the happiest moments I've ever had in my life. And a destiny worth fulfilling. I'll always be grateful for that. "
They hug, then the Sorceress says: "Just come back to us."
With Adora's response ("I will."), the versions are back in sync.

Contentwise, the versions are identical. The pan shot is longer in the UK Theatrical Version though resp. it is played sloweer when Queen Angella says "As queen of this kingdom, I demand you surrender Castle Bright Moon to me.". In addition to that, Hordak's reaction ("You always were a fool, Angella.") starts at the end of the shot of Queen Angella. In the UK Theatrical Version, his comment begins with the actual shot of him. (no screenshots)

UK Theatrical Version 4.32 sec longer

Basically, the shot is identical. Except, it is 1 single frame shorter in the She-Ra Version. Because of that, Hordak's comment begins insignificantly later. (no screenshots)

Queen Angella's conversation with her daughter Glimmer is longer in the She-Ra Version resp. only the She-Ra Version contains an actual conversation. The UK Theatrical Version only contains Queen Angella's first comment.
(Queen Angella: "It is a great day for Etheria, my daughter.")
Glimmer: "And we owe it all to She-Ra and He-Man. Without them, all of this would have never happened."
Queen Angella: "But where are they? They should be here."

He-Man's final conversation with She-Ra is also longer in the She-Ra Version. After She-Ra explains why she is not going back with him, the conversation continues as follows:
He-Man: "I understand. And in a way, I feel like things were meant to happen like this. Me becoming He-Man to protect Eternia, you becoming She-Ra to do the same on Etheria."
She-Ra: "Yes. I feel that, too. I only wish it made things easier."
