After the shot of the villagers who are being taken away by the Horde Slave Transport, the UK Theatrical Version continues with Catra.
In the She-Ra Version, a further shot of Adam, Bow and the others follows. They keep watching the Horde and come up with a plan.
Glimmer: "Madame Razz will free them while the rest of us keep the Horde busy."
Bow: "Sounds good to me. "
Then Bow speaks to Adam:" What about that friend of yours, Adam?"
Adam: "Oh, eh… He'll be ready when the time comes."
Glimmer: "Bow will give the signal to move. Gauntlets, all get to our positions. And good luck."
They then get in position, another shot of the villagers getting taken follows. With the subsequent shot of Catra, the versions are back in sync.

After Adora gets He-Man's sword (the one is intended for her anyway), the end of the shot after Adora's comment ("You're mine now, stranger. You and this curious sword.") is shorter in the UK Theatrical Version.
The She-Ra Version contains a freeze frame of Adora holding aloft the sword. Then the end credits. (no screenshots)

After Battle Cat's comment "If that's where He-Man is, let's go!", the scene goes on in the She-Ra Version.
Glimmer: "Hold on, Battle Cat. Reaching Beast Island is not that easy. It's miles out to sea and we don’t have fliers like the Horde does."
Madame Razz: "Hmm… I believe I can help with that."
Madame Razz does her thing and a ship pops up. As usual, she screwed up the spell.
Madame Razz: "Oh oh, that doesn't look right to me."
Broom: "You said 'frying' instead of 'flying'."
Madame Razz: "Oh, did I? Oh, deary my. Oh, deary my. I must concentrate more."
Madame Razz makes another attempt and this time, she gets the job done.
Madame Razz seems relieved: "Oh, at last."
Glimmer: "Well, there's our transportation. All abord for Beast Island."
She then beams on the ship and summons the others: "Come on, slow folks. We got a friend to rescue."
Then the versions are back in sync.

After Adoras comment "I serve the rightful rulers of Etheria", a part of the conversation with He-Man is missing.
He-Man: "That's not what the Etharian people think."
Adora: "Oh, you're Rebel friends have lied to you, He-Man. Most of the people are good citizens, loyal to the Horde."
He-Man: "Only because they're afraid. And with good reason."
Adora: "Liar! The Horde are just rulers. Kind, generous and caring."
With He-Man's "You can't believe that. Haven't you seen how the Horde treats people?", the versions are back in sync.

After Hordak's comment "It seems as if someone else is heading for Beast Island.", the UK Theatrical Version lacks some footage. Again.
The camera zooms in on Shadow Weaver: "I can stop them with a spell."
Hordak: "And spoil all my fun? I'll do the stopping."
Hordak then laughs diabolically.

After Madame Razz’s "Oh, deary my!", a shot of Battle Cat and Glimmer follows.
In the She-Ra Version, the scene is not over yet.
Broom: "There goes devil for me."
Kowl: "I agree, totally."
The camera zooms in on the monster, then the She-Ra Versin fades to black. The next shot shows Glimmer, Madame Razz, Broom, Kowl and Bow in front of the monster. With the already mentioned shot of Battle Cat and Glimmer, the versions are back in sync.
