Alex's conversation with Shaz is longer in the UK Version.
In the International Version, Alex says "Yeah, great. Thanks, Shaz.". Then Shaz leaves. Looking closely, it becomes kind of obvious that there is a cut. At first, Shaz is standing next to Alex and next thing you know, she is further away.
In the UK Version, Shaz stays next to Alex and the conversation continues.
Shaz: "Can I ask you something?"
Alex: "Of course you can."
Shaz: "Was it really that good? You know, what you were on about just now."
Alex laughs, then she says: "It was amazing."
Now a cut to Chris who apparently eavesdropped. Now Shaz further away from Alex. Due to the intercut, it makes sense here while it looks like a (jump-)cut in the International Version.

Gene "What about him?" from the off is in both versions but since the shot of Alex is shorter in the International Version, the beginning of Gene's comment is audible during the previous shot of the waiter.

And again, missing party footage. Only this time, a longer scene is missing.
The following dialog is identical in both versions…
Alex: "What about that one?"
Gene: "No, he's not wearing a ring."
…but the end of the shot of the waiter Gene and Alex are talking about is longer. Furthermore, there are several shots of the search for the right waiter (the International Version immediately continues with Ray).
Gene: "Drake, sovereign ring over there."
Now Alex, then Gene, then Alex again. She says to Gene: "Time for a little bit of roleplay, I think."
Alex approaches the waiter with the ring Gene mentioned.
Alex: "Hi."
She whispers something in his ear. He does the same, Alex laughs. Then she goes back to Gene.
Alex: "It's not him. Let's keep looking."
Then Ray. Thanks to his "amazing" James Bond outfit, he is mistaken for a waiter again which is why someone grabs the glass he is holding with the words "Thanks very much". Or to be more specific, someone tries but Ray holds on to his glass and says to him "Whoa! Get off!".
Ray says to Chris (who is standing next to him dressed up as Superman): "Everybody thinks I'm a waiter."
After the following shot of a few dancing people, the UK Version also contains the already mentioned shot of Ray that follows right after Alex's short conversation with Gene (please see above).

After Alex busted the waiter, the version continue differently.
In the International Version, we now see the waiter being interrogated at the station.
In the UK Version, the scene is not over yet. One of the party guests gives Ray his empty glass which is the straw that breaks the camel's back. He pushes the hand of the other party guest away and yells at him: "I'm no waiter, alright. I'm James Bond!"
They fight for a second, then Ray pushes the guy.
Gene sees that and yells: "Raymondo!"
Roseberry-Sikes: "This is unbelievable."
Gene (to Alex): "Yeah. Right, go. Now! (now to Roseberry-Sikes) "Sorry to cause this inconvenience, sir."
Back to Ray who is still fighting another guest while Chris is holding somebody else from behind - probably to keep him from interfering. During the shot of Chris, someone says "Leave it, Tommy, he's not worth it!" from the off. Then Ray to his new "friend": "Stay!". Ray and Chris leave, then the waiter's interrogatio in the UK Version.

Gene stops at the warehouse, the now following sequence is longer in the UK Version.
At first, we see Alex in the Quattro. She and Gene get out of the car, Gene says "Over there". Then they all go in that direction.

The now following distance shot of the team is the moment the versions are back in sync - but only temporary.
The shot of team passing the threshold is identical. Then the versions continue differently.
In the UK Version, Alex walks down the stairs, then the entire team. They hear noises from a distance. Gene says to Ray: "Ray, take the stairs." Ray instantaneously gets going and with the following shot of him looking around, the versions are back in sync.

But the bliss is short-lived because when Ray then climbs up the ladder, there is more footage in the UK Version.
The International Version only contais the first shot of climbing up the ladder. Then we see Alex.
In the UK Version, the scene with Ray goes on. A shot from his point of view climbing up the ladder follows, then a shot of him on the ladder from a further distance. Last but not least a shot of Gene looking around.

Now the already mentioned shot of Alex (also in the International Version). But right after that very shot, the versions continue differently resp. there is more footage in the UK Version.
In the International Version, a shot of Chris follows on the shot of Alex.
In the UK Version, Gene is taking another look around.

Not until then, the shot of Chris in the UK Version.

Nina nods, then she asks: "Will he see me?"

Alex: "We'll help you out as much as we can, Nina, but when you're in the courtroom, you"re on your own."
With Nina's question "Will they… bring up what I used to do?", the versions are back in sync.

In the International Version, we see Gene walking over to Alex.
The UK Version first shows Alex sitting alone, having a drink. Then the guy she had an one night stand with shows up. He asks: "My place?"
Gene witnesses the whole thing and Alex responds a little embarrassed: "Erm, sorry, I'm… I'm with a friend." The guy looks at Gene who signalizes him "Beat it!", so the guy takes off. The following shot shows Luigi serving drinks to Chris, Ray and Shaz. Luigi says: "Complimenti della case." (Compliments of the house.)
Refering to the very first episode, Chris thanks him with "Grassy arse, Luigi". The others laugh, then Luigi leaves the table and approaches Gene.
Luigi: "I hope they don't start a fire, signor Hunt."
Gene: "No, you're alright, Luigi."
Then Ray and the others again. Apparently, Ray dipped his right index finger in some hard liquor and lit it up. At first, Ray laughs but then it looks like he can feel the pain so he dips the finger in his beer. Chris is a bit startled, Shaz laughs and says "Oh… Ray!". Then Ray points to Chris and says "Your turn!".
Now, Gene and Luigi again.
Gene: "You have got insurance, haven't you?"
Luigi mumbles something in Italian.
Back to Ray and the others Chris dips his right index finger in his liquor and lights it up. But before the finger is actually burning, he stops. It appears he could feel the pain already - contrary to Ray who got much further. Ray and Shaz laugh.
Now, Gene goes to Alex which means the versions are back in sync.
