Dialog Censorship
1:05:37: In the PG-13, there is a missing "Hey! Asshole!" from a passerby as Deadpool speeds down the sidewalk on his scooter. No time difference
Dialog Censorship 1:05:41: When Domino asks where Cable is, Deadpool responds in the R-Rated with a statement that can be interpreted sexually. R-Rated: "He's on top of you. He's going in through the back! Oh, God, he's inside!" - Domino: "You hear yourself, right?" - Deadpool: "Accidental double en ten dres!" PG-13: "He's on the top. He's in! He's in!" The R-Rated runs 8.6 sec. longer
Alternate Material 1:07:03: The prison employee bloodily shoots through Deadpool's hand, the gun barrel sticking out of it. Deadpool turns it over and shoots the driver bloodily in the head. Then, a little later, when he stabs his sword into the driver's foot, blood comes out of it. In the PG-13, the hand is unharmed, the head shot is cut and the foot is not bleeding either. The R-Rated runs 2.12 sec longer
1:07:16: A dialog between Cable and Domino was cut: Cable: "I'd ask who you are, but you'll be dead in a second." Domino: "I'm Domino, and doubtful." 4.36 sec.
Alternate Material 1:08:13: Black Tom is killed via bloody headshot in the R-Rated. In the PG-13, this is harmless and bloodless. In addition, there is a censored dialog: R-Rated: "You killed Black Tom, you racist son of a bitch!" PG-13: "You killed Black Tom, you racist son of a -!" The R-Rated runs 3.4 sec. longer
Alternate Material 1:08:50: When Cable fires his entire magazine at Deadpool and hits Deadpool several times in a bloody fashion, it's more bloodless in the PG-13. Also, in the R-Rated he just says "Ow.". In the PG-13, he says "Those bullets are like...superfast.". The R-Rated runs 5 sec longer
1:09:14: In the truck that races unstoppably through the city, Cable and Deadpool fight with each other, and every now and then shots were shortened, but it's so trivial that we'll just mention it here in principle, but won't illustrate it. 7.56 sec. Alternate Material 1:11:56: Missing, of course, is Deadpool being torn in half by Juggernaut. The PG-13 is more bloodless in scenes with Deadpool after being cut in half, and also features a brief new scene with Fred just looking in shock at Deadpool, who also stares at him and then eventually turns back to the book. Also, at the same time, they removed a word for the PG-13 here. When Deadpool says to Firefist that he is important to him, he only uses the word "Goddamn." for it in the R-Rated. The PG-13 runs 6.08 sec. longer
Dialog Censorship 1:14:17: Weasel describes Wade's appearance differently in both versions. R-Rated: "Look at you. You're just straight shirt-cocking it, toddler-style." PG-13: "Look at you. You're just straight...just..." And a short time later: R-Rated: "It's like he was giving birth anally, but they quit halfway through. They got the legs out, and they said, "You know what, I'm done."" - "Happy?" - "It's like he's a Muppet from the waist down. But this time, you can see the Muppet's dick Grover's got a cock the size of a twig. PG-13: "It's like he's a Muppet from the waist down. But this time, you can see the Muppet's twig" In exchange, the PG-13 exclusively features a new dialog scene between Fred and Deadpool. Fred asks if the bottom half of Deadpool would grow a torso and head. Deadpool doesn't understand why that would matter, but Fred goes on to say that viewers shouldn't be left in the dark about this regenerative ability question. So would a second Deadpool be created? Would he have the same memory and would he come back later in the story? Because for Fred, that would have to be the case. Or what if that was also split in half again, would there be three Deadpools? The Deadpool sitting with him is visibly uncomfortable. Fred then says that he prefers Marvel because of something like that, whereupon Deadpool says that they are Marvel. Fred laughs mockingly and says they're Fox. Deadpool demonstrably focuses on reading the book again. The PG-13 runs 31.72 sec. longer
Dialog Censorship 1:14:50: Weasel berates Dopinder, in the PG-13 he refrains from using a term. R-Rated: "Jesus! Either vomit or don't." PG-13: "Dopinder, either vomit or don't." No time difference 1:15:34: There is a vulgar part of the dialog missing. Wade: "I ain't letting Cable get to him, even if I have to teabag him to death." Domino: "It's really just a sip of tea at this point." Wade: "Zip it, black Black Widow! I'm flowing." A little later, an F-word was withheld in the PG-13. R-Rated: "[...] so I can pull all the fucking blood out of his body [...]" PG-13: "[...] so I can pull all the blood out of his body [...]" 4.8 sec.
Alternate Material 1:16:15: Okay, this is where it gets wild. The R-Rated has a more vulgar sentence compared to the PG-13: R-Rated: "You picked the wrong shithole to fuck, future boy." PG-13: "You're much taller in the comics." But what's really striking is Wade's Basic Instinct homage. He crosses his legs and his genitals are on display. In the PG-13, this is pixelated and Domino looks back a bit startled. And only in the R-Rated does Weasel then briefly say "No. It's his "Basic Instinct."" in response to Cable's question about whether it's really necessary. The PG-13 runs 1.08 sec. longer
Dialog Censorship 1:16:37: In the contest of jokes, there are other formulations. R-Rated: "For $45, you get sucky-suck" - "Fuck!" PG-13: "For $45, you get succotash" And a little later, Cable drastically insults Wade only in the R-Rated: R-Rated: "Trust me, I'm even less happy about this than you are, but you unleashed the Juggernaut, you dumb cunt!" PG-13: "Trust me, I'm even less happy about this than you are, but you unleashed the Juggernaut." 2 sec.
Alternate Material 1:17:13: Wade suggests in the R-Rated that Cable could travel further back in time and kill Baby Hitler. This is missing in the PG-13, but there is a new scene with Fred shortly afterwards, who picks up Wade's diss against the scriptwriters. Cable's reasoning that he has very limited time machine travel capabilities is lazy writing. Fred then asks Deadpool why they don't just write a better script. Deadpool replies why Fred doesn't just shut up. The PG-13 runs 7.04 sec longer
Dialog Censorship 1:17:32: Dopinder is only allowed to curse in the R-Rated. R-Rated: "Like 10-year-old Kirsten Dunst, motherfucker!" PG-13: "Like a 10-year-old Kirsten Dunst." The PG-13 runs 3.52 sec. longer
Dialog Censorship 1:17:40: Cable curses only in the R-Rated. R-Rated: "Until one day, he kills the wrong fucking people." PG-13: "Until one day, he kills the wrong people." No time difference
Alternate Material 1:18:47: Cable's family dies more extensively in the R-Rated due to Firefist's attack. To that end, it seems as if the wife and child were made "transparent" earlier in the first shot. Shortly after, only the R-Rated shows Cable kneeling by the charred corpses, picking up a teddy bear and making a pain-distorted face. The PG-13 avoids the corpses and shows Cable in other shots. The R-Rated runs 2.28 sec longer
Dialog Censorship 1:19:27: Wade curses only in the R-Rated. R-Rated: "Of course I fucking would!" PG-13: "Of course I would." 0.88 sec.
Alternate Material 1:20:29: Again, Wade's butt has been blurred in the PG-13 in several shots. Also, only in the R-Rated does Weasel say, "Just shirt-cocking it." The R-Rated runs 0.88 sec. longer
