59:01-59:04 bzw. 59:08 / 66:50 bzw. 66:54-66:56

66:13 / 74:02-74:47

Additional scene with Wong and Luke (David Chiang). Unfortunately, the subtitles are unreadable at the beginning of the scene because the footage is too bright. However, it seems to be about how to handle the White Lotus supporters. Luke explains to the empress that was frustrated about her lowering the military budget and Taiwan had been basically handed to the Japanese on a silver platter. Wong does not like Luke's behavior one bit and leaves the room with anger.

Interestingly enough, the music already starts playing at the end of the scene. As a consequence thereof, the music kind of starts playing in the middle of the song when the International Theatrical Version is back in the game with the subsequent scene.

66:17 / 74:51-76:01

Yee walks away longer and Fun watches her. Yee then sits down with the children at the consulate and realizes that some of them have already made their will. She hugs several of the children and Fun takes away the children's sheets and tells them to do some kung fu training instead. Being sceptical at first, some of the children do what Fun told them which also explains why they are being trained by Fun in the subsequent scene.

70.3 sec (= 1:10 min)

73:49-73:53 / 83:33

Another missing scene in the Extended Taiwanese Version: At the end of the shot, Fun bends over and the subsequent shot of Commander Lan (Donnie Yen) and his men starts slightly earlier as well.

+ 4.1 sec

Alternate
78:49-78:50 / 88:29-88:30

In the Extended Taiwanese Version, the shot of Wong and the others is a little longer while the shot of the Lotus child starts a little earlier in the International Theatrical Version.

The Extended Taiwanese Version lacks the begninning of the shot of Fun.

The end credits start identically equal until the shot of the fighter at his training: Freeze frame in the International Theatrical Version, then a black screen while the remaining credits are rolling. The Extended Taiwanese Version shows further highlights from the movie instead...
