This is a comparison between the Original Version and the German Version, both included on the German DVD released by Subkultur Entertainment.
The German Version has 1 additional scene with a runtime of 50 seconds.
The German Version of the vigilantism drama movie is the same which was shown in German cinemas and includes one extended scene. Until recently, the movie had not been released on VHS or DVD. This changed on the fifth of march 2013, when Subkultur Entertainment released both the Original and the German Version on DVD. The additional sequence can also be watched individually as a part of the bonus segment.
Escudero says that he is sorry for how things developed, since they would have been able to catch the guy anyways. He explains that the police would have controlled the entire area until they spotted something suspicious.
Sarah responds that they should have been able to realize, that Ducatel came by this area every day on the way home. On that day he finished his workday when the Varlins finished their meal, as it also says in the police's protocol. In Sarah's opinion, people are too quick to judge people, especially beatniks and rockers, who are often thought to be dangerous. Then she says that they will cover up the whole incident, thus everyone would benefit. Especially since the police work was done in a sloppy way with a 19 year old boy getting hurt in the process. Sarah says that people will get sued for this. Still, there won't be too many problems for the police - lucky them.
Paul then says that he hopes not to get into too many problems since he wasn't too lucky over the last few weeks.
After this dialogue, the shot of Hélène is a little shorter when Sarah drives away.
