The PG-13 version was compared to the Director's Cut. Two versions of Rebel Moon Part 2: The ScargiverAfter his defeat by Kora, the body of Atticus Noble is recovered. The Empire's technicians are able to bring him back to life. The regent Balisarius orders Atticus to bring Kora to him. Meanwhile, Kora, Gunnar and the warriors they have hired have returned to Veldt, but soon receive word that the Empire's warship still wants to pick up the grain delivery. The warriors prepare for the impending attack... Rebel Moon Part 2: The Scargiver ties in directly with the events of its predecessor. If you have "survived" the first half of the film, which is mainly about the work in the field and each of the characters is allowed to tell their background story, you will be rewarded with a thoroughly opulent battle. In terms of plot, the film is as thin as its predecessor, but the show is enormous. As with the first part, Rebel Moon Part 1: Child of Fire, Zack Snyder created a director's cut of Rebel Moon Part 2: The Scargiver. The relevant changes can be summarized as follows:
There are also many other extensions, most of which are not very significant. In some places, scenes are only extended by a few frames. This is not listed in the report. Without question, the Director's Cut is much more fun than the PG-13 version, as it offers much more to see. Sometimes you are surprised by a never-ending soft-sex scene, sometimes a robot with antlers chops its way through its opponents. [00:00:33][00:00:33]
The PG-13 fades from the Stone Quarry logo to outer space. Jimmy explains that on the edge of the Motherworld's sphere of influence lies the small moon of Veldt. So a woman named Kora and a man named Gunnar went to find warriors to defend them. So far, they have joined forces with Tarak, Nemesis, Titus, Darrian Bloodaxe and Milius. Kora was able to defeat Atticus in an ambush and left his destroyed body behind. The victorious warriors have returned to Veldt to claim their reward. They thought that the threat was over.
