Sequence

A ride on the bike is not as harmless as it sounds because there many dangerous zombies on the road. But Zombie Hunter Dad (Gideon Starlin) does not give the back of a rat, he simply runs them over. Every time he does that, blood splatters to the screen in the Uncensored Version. This is entirely missing in the Japanese Version.

Boss Fight 4 - Funk Zombie - Josey

The fight versus Funk Zombie Josey consists of two phases, the cutscenes are censored of course.
The first phase of this fight ends with the boss cut in half one more time. And again, this only takes you to the next phase. As usual, the blood is pink now.

The second aka the final phase does not only end with Funk Zombie cut in half but also with a UFO cut into two pieces. The sequence does not contain a lot of blood but the cut surface in the Censored Version is black again.

Level 5 - Cathedral

Sequence

Cordelia kills a zombie with a bloody headshot. The blood in the Uncensored Version is red, the blood in the Japanese Version pink.

Only in the Uncensored Version, the floating zombies are being kept floating by blood.

Another sequence with Cordelia killing a zombie. And again, only the Uncensored Version contains red blood.

The floating zombies announce themselves in a sequence for the very last time. As usual, red blood only keeps them floating in the Uncensored Version (hard to recognize on the screenshots I am afraid).

Boss Fight 5 - Rock Zombie - Lewis Legend

What a surprise. This boss is not defeated after the first phase either. But Rock Zombie loses his legs which looks different in the Uncensored Version of course.

Before the final phase, one gets to see Lewis Legend's stump. It is black in the Japanese Version and red in the Uncensored Version.

Having survived the last phase, Lewis Legend gets cut in half. The red blood is exclusively in the Uncensored Version.

Cutscene

Leel 5 ends with a cutscene in which "the whiny MySpace bitch" Swan thanks for Juliet killing any forerunner of hell only to blow her own head off in the Uncensored Version. During the cutscene, the head is floating around. In the Censored Version on the other hand, the head remains on top of the body. Swan's blood has been altered (green instead of red) in the Japanese Version as well (after that the cutscene goes on in black and white).
Amusingly, the purple energy mist that builds when Swan's body rises does not excist in the Japanese Version.

Level 6 - Killabilly

Sequence

A short sequence of flying zombies.

Final Fight versus Killabilly

The blood that is purple in the Uncensored Version has been altered. This affects the cuts in the hand and the shots in Killabilly's eyes.

In the second phase, Killabilly's fingers can be chopped off. The cut surfaces are red in the Uncensored Version but black in the Japanese Version.

After the second phase, Juliet has to climb on Killabilly's arm. On the way up, he attacks with this hand but the attack can be blocked with a quick time event. The purple blood is missing here.

During the quick time event of the tentacles in Killabilly's abdomen, the blood is pink again.

The cutscene right after the tentacles contains Swan's headless body, also in the Japanese Version. But the head is not just missing. In the Uncensored Version, the head is lying right in front of Swan's (headless) body.
