In the Original Version, Lenny leaves the house and Cosmo is already waiting for him outside. As soon as Lenny is out of sight, he climbs up the ladder and talks to Annie. He is incredibly disappointed she does not feel about him the way he feels about her.

Cosmo: "Good morning."
Annie: "Good morning."
Cosmo: "What happened?"
Annie: "About what?"
Cosmo: "What happened?"
Annie: "What do you mean?"
Cosmo: "I thought we had something going."
Annie: "We did."
Cosmo: "What?"
Annie: "We were friends."
Cosmo: "There was more."
Annie: "Cosmo, we were friends."
Cosmo: "You just used me to stay close to Lenny."
Annie: "Why are you saying that? We got no papers on each other. I'm back with Lenny cos that's where I wanna be."
Cosmo: "He dumped ya, I was nice to ya. Don't that matter?"
Annie: "Sure it matters."
Cosmo: "Answer me one thing. Do you love him?"
Annie: "Yes."
Cosmo: "No, you don't. Nobody loves nobody round here. Everybody fakes it."
A female neighbor interrupts: "Why don't you leave the lady alone?"
Cosmo: "Shut your fat mouth!"
Nachbarin: "I'm calling the cops!"
Cosmo: "I'll break your face!"
Annie: "Look, do you wanna come in?"
Cosmo: "For what? Small talk and coffee? Tea and crumpets? For what? Friends, huh?"
Annie: "Good friends."
Cosmo: "You two should never have been leading me on."
Annie: "I never led you on. I never wanted to lead you on, Cosmo. Come in. All the heat's getting out."
Cosmo: "Then close the window."
Annie: "You want me to close the window?"
Cosmo: "Close the window."
Annie: "I'm gonna close the window!"
Cosmo: "You wanna close the window? I don't like you neither. I don't like nobody. I'm in demand. I don't need you. I don't need nobody! I'm sensitive."
He leaves and she is so annoyed, she tears her hair out.

In the US TV Version, the previous scene with Cosmo is insignificantly longer instead (no screenshots).

Original Version 132.9 sec (= 2:13 min) longer

US TV Version longer / Alternate
48:33-49:42 / 57:29-58:37

Before Cosmo and Victor slap each others backs on the street, the conversation the two of them are having is alternate: In the US TV Version, it occurs inside while Victor is shaving. In the Original Version, they are having their conversation outside on the street. Contentwise, the dialog basically the same though.

In the Original Version, Cosmo says: "Vic, last night was the beginning of something big."
Victor: "How big?"
Cosmo: "I'll level with you. You stepped in them ropes an ice-ball jerk, and came out a champ."
Victor: "I don't feel like no champ."
Cosmo: "Don't worry, just make me a handler."
Victor: "I can't do it. I promised Susan."
Cosmo: "Don't promise her nothing. Her relatives bombed Pearl Harbor."
Victor: "Watch your mouth. She's Chinese."
Cosmo: "What's the cliff? I'm getting a headache."
Victor: "She got annoyed when she found out."
Cosmo: "Suey don't know nothing."
Victor: "Susan."
Cosmo: "All right, Susan. Will you stop kicking that can? Now look. Look, you and Suey... Susan, I'm sorry. You and Susan got plans about getting out and buying a houseboat. Where do you want that houseboat?"
Victor: "Jersey."
Cosmo: "Wrestling can be your passport out of this city. It's a growing sport."
Victor: "How soon?"
Cosmo: "What do you want, the exact date?"
Victor: "I promised Susan."
Cosmo: "I wanna let you in on something. Suey's almost a regular girl. Regular girls don't know nothing about wrestling. Know how many guys coulda sat on top of the world, but they let a dame tell them what to do and only ended up sitting on a toilet? You're causing me to breathe heavy. You got no reason to treat me crummy."

In the US TV Version, the dialog is almost identically equal (racial slurs included). Only "I'm not treating you crummy!" at the end of the scene is being said inside for the very time first time which leads to the identically equal comment outside which is also the moment the versions are back in sync.
