Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge was released on the Nintendo Gameboy by Konami in 1991. As usual for Castlevania, the player controls a member of the Belmont-Clan (this time it is Christopher) and whips his way through the levels until he finally reaches Transilvania to defeat Count Dracula once again. Additionally, the player saves Soleiyu Belmont who was kidnapped.

If you in the password-menu enter the password (♥)(♥)(♥)(♥), you are able to enter the soundcheck-menu and listen to some of the songs that you can hear throughout the game.

In the Japanese Version, the songs have individual titles, partially with religious or occult background. Back in the days, this was a problem for Nintendo America. Thus, in the American and European versions, the songs were renamed.
