Harvest Moon is probably one of the most famous and popular economy sim currently available. Since the very first part was released for SNES in 1998 and came like a bombshell, many sequels were released for GBC, N64, Game Cube, GBA and even for the PlayStation.
But let's cut to the chase and talk about Harvest Moon DS. Unfortunately, the bugs from the US Version are in the European Version as well which is why some comments in the side missions are still in Japanese.

Altered Poker Table
In the US Version, it's possible to play 3 different games at 3 tables in the casino. One of the games is poker.
In the European Version, the poker table got replaced by a furter memory table.

Altered Black Jack Table
Similar to the poker table, the black jack table got replaced by a further memory table, too.

Removed Feature: Activation of the girls from the prequel
In the US Version, it's also possible to unlock the 5 girls from the prequel, who are actually just extras, as active characters - under the condition that the GBA game Harvest Moon - Friends of Mineral Town has been put into the DC additionally.
The European Version lacks this nice little feature completely.
Due to technical reasons, it's impossible for me to make screenshot of that removed feature.
