Comparison between the cut French DVD from Bach Films and the uncut first edition of the UK-VHS from Intervision.
The cut theatrical release of "Expose" got an X-Rating from the British Board of Film Censors in 1975. In 1979 Intervision released the uncut version with an X-Rating that was later put onto the infamous "Video Nasty" list. In 1995 Odyssey released a version that was cut for 52 seconds - the same version was released on DVD in 2002. The US version was cut for an R-Ratingas as well, but different cuts were made. The scene in which Linda is raped by the two men has been trimmed. One of the men rapes her while the other points a shotgun at her and orders a change of positions two times. The french DVD continues when the man bends forward; the line "Hurry up!" has been removed here.
33 Sec. [01:09:38][01:08:31] Suzannes murder has been shortened. She is stabbed with a knife and blood runs down her body and gushes into the bathtub.
13 Sec. [01:10:04][01:08:45] Suzanne plummets into the bathtub. The French DVD continues when the blood flows down the drain.
