Comparison between the R-Rated Version released by Trimark and the uncensored German DVD released by Atlantis Film / AL!VE (= Unrated).
All in all there are 3 differences with a runtime of 10 seconds:
2 cuts = 10 seconds
1 alternative scene = No difference in time
While the second part of the Warlock trilogy was directly released in it's unrated form, Trimark only released the slightly shorter R-Rated Version in the United States.
There's a short missing sequence of slime running down the woman's legs during the birth.
The Warlock walks out of the blood-besmeared elevator. In the R-Rated Version you see a shot of the woman at the reception desk.
No difference in time.
The Warlock walks to the front a little longer while in the background you still see the blood-besmeared elevator. The Warlock stops, looks to the side and then moves on to the right. The elevator's door closes. The shot of the woman sitting at the reception desk was slightly shortened for the R-Rated Version.
