Comparison between the R-Rated Version released by Trimark and the uncensored German DVD released by Atlantis Film / AL!VE (= Unrated).

All in all there are 3 differences with a runtime of 10 seconds:

While the second part of the Warlock trilogy was directly released in it's unrated form, Trimark only released the slightly shorter R-Rated Version in the United States.

The elevator's door closes. The shot of the woman sitting at the reception desk was slightly shortened for the R-Rated Version.
