For this music video the Canadian artist John Kricfalusi could be won to do the artwork. He was the head behind the "Ren and Stimpy Show", and the drawing style is really similar. The most obvious alteration was the replacement of Björks naked upper body by a more harmless scene. However, as the original scene does not really show anything explicit, so the censoring seems a bit questionable.
