The French Version only shows General Blue saying that he was going to punish his soldier. Cut to Commander Red. With the cut back to General Blue, one does not know that General Blue killed one of his own. The French Version only shows him on his way to the plane. Contentwise, the murder does not happen anymore. Instead, it is being implied that General Blue demoted his guy (or something).
