Compared are the UK DVD from Optimum Home Entertainment and the HK DVD from EDKO Video.
While due to the Cinematograph Film (Animals) Act 1937, 22 seconds of the story about beggar Su has to be removed, the HK DVD only lacks 4 seconds of footage. The aspect ratio is slightly different, the writing that pops up has been removed from the UK DVD. But that information comes with the subtitles so it's not a big deal.
