Oscar hangs up the phone and leaves the phone booth. In the Original Bradcast Version, this is a single scene while the Expanded Syndication Version intercuts to an exterior shot of a ship. Then the rest of the scene.
One should not make the mistake to believe that there is just an additional shot in the middle. That would be way too easy. Due to the additional shot of the ship, a few frames get lost when the shot of Oscar goes on in the Expanded Syndication Version. To be more specific, a few frames get lost when Oscar opens the door to the phone booth.
All in all, the Expanded Syndication Version is a little longer due to the additional shot of the ship.

In the Original Broadcast Version, the scene resp. the conversation just goes on regularly. The Expanded Syndication Version however contains a freeze frame, then the text "To Be Continued" pops up on the screen. It then fades to black and the end credits + the Universal logo follow.
