In the comparison of the pilot episode, we have already summarized everything about the problems with the HD remastering of Baywatch, which is different in songs and also censored in nude scenes, at least right at the beginning.

In episode 1x03 (In Deep) there is no difference in runtime, but there are still a few deviations. Most striking is the completely revised montage, which shows for the first time that sometimes the footage was exchanged along with the music changes. Here, as with the other filler shots of the beach, the editors had access to the raw material and edited it in HD from scratch - without having to orientate themselves exactly according to the original.

Two last remarks:
* The episodes were dubbed in NTSC speed and are also included on the German DVDs, although they are otherwise of course PAL standard. With Nitro, on the other hand, the episodes run at true PAL speed, which explains the even shorter running time.
* It should also be noted that we will not list the exchanged songs in detail.

As usual, the opening credits deviate and the credits afterwards were also revised. Not included in cut duration/quantity.

After the conversation between Eddie and Craig, a montage to music of beach scenes begins. Obviously because the song itself was changed again (in the original it was even more reggae-heavy), the first shots were completely reassembled here.

Interestingly enough, after about 10 seconds there are some short identical sequences (a surfer, Eddie on the beach, a volleyball game, Craig on the phone, a bubble bath), but everything around differs.
