Before the Oddjob lookalike is added, in the Original Version you only see the way before Sam and then how he turns to the side.

In the International version there is instead a first confrontation between Sam and Agent 701. After some biting around Sam lies on the ground and as she approaches, two policemen notice this above. Immediately Sam and the assassin play a turteling couple in order not to attract further attention. When the policemen leave again, Sam and Agent 701 discuss a bit but then turn around to the boat arriving from behind (with the Oddjob-lookalike).

After the discussion in James Bond's secret hiding place and before Sam is seen in his bathrobe, both versions show a longer alternative scene.

Original Version

A first incident in Hong Kong at night. Kodijak arrives home and greets his son. Hatung has left a note that she is still shopping. When it rings at the door, Kodijak is startled and throws the son jerkily against the couch - but nothing more serious has happened.

Surprisingly, Hatung does not come through the door but the daughter of the housewife, who is standing in for her mother today as an exception. She takes the little one on her arm, whereupon she pisses immediately. When Kodijak tries to help her clean up in a clumsy way, he catches himself (through a little more mischief from his son) unhappily with his tie in the woman's dress and also has his fly on.

Exactly then Hatung comes along and Kodjak tries to hide behind her back all the time. When the son hits Kodijak on the head with a toy hammer, he takes it away and the little one starts crying. So the whole game of hide-and-seek flies up and the woman now also thinks annoyed that Kodijak and his son are both dirty minded. With the words that she and her mother would quit, she leaves the room and Kodijak can at least tear his tie into two at the door and separate from her.

Hatung is now of course angry and packs her bags. In front of the door Kodijak apologizes in detail and clumsily tears open her suitcases. When he says that Kodijak jr would only eat when she feeds him etc. Hatung finally softens and follows him back inside - but then she is hit by a taxi by another mishap of Kodijak. Angrily she gets into the taxi and tells the driver that she wants to go to the hospital.
