Compared are the cut UK TV Version (broadcast from 12/24/2014 on ITV) and the Uncut Version (broadcast on the Swiss channel SF2).
There are 9 missing scenes with a total length of 1 minute and 10.5 seconds. The so far last James Bond movie with Daniel Craig needed to be cut to be broadcast on the British channel "ITV" at 8 p.m. Taking a look at the mostly harmless scenes that were cut, it is rather odd that several kills or fights remained untouched. 1 Min

1 Min Missing distance shot of the wounded guy on the chair. Bond removes his jacket and sees the bullet wound. 2.5 sec
1 Min Bond tries to stop the bleeding with a towel. 3 sec
9 Min On top of the moving train, Patrice is being strangled by Bond. 2 sec
9 Min One more missing shot of it. The camera pans up from Patrice to Bond. 2 sec
20 Min After the shot of M, another shot of the burning MI6 headquarter follows. A bomb has exploded in it beforehand. The scene ends and the following footage of Bond kissing a woman at a beach hut is missing as well. She is completely naked. 10.5 sec
32 Min Bond gets the bullet out of his body with a knife. 7.5 sec
64 Min When the news anchor anounces an execution video, he also warns the audience of the violent footage coming up. Subsequently, one gets to see a terrorist dragging an agent with a sack on his head. Then the agent is being held at gun-point. The image freezes. Now, the news anchor talks about the victim and about MI6. 30 sec
110 Min M tells Bond she screwed up. Bond replies it was not true and she only did her job. 10 sec
