Groot tells Matt it did not look good for Tom because he needed sleep but he refused to. The cowboy wants to know when Matt was expecting Gerald back. Matt assumes Gerald would be back the next day. Groot leaves, then a transition to the subsequent scene.

One of the cowboys is having a nightmare. Matt wakes him up and tells him to calm down. It turns out the cowboy is scared of the Indians. Matt claims he could feel the Indians had been watching them for 2 weeks and they were going to leave early in the morning. Groot claims to know why Matt was that restless at night. Groot then explains it was because could see during the day but not at night. Then a transition to the cattle.
