In Great Britain, however, it had to be cut by one and a half minutes in order to be able to be released with a BBFC 18 rating. The combination of too much sex and violence still is  a problem for the censoring agencies in the UK.

Cuts were required to reduce the focus on a scene of sexual violence. Cuts made in accordance with BBFC Guidelines and policy, and the Video Recordings Act 1984.
