Compared are the TV Version and the DVD Version, the latter represented by the US DVD Set "Volume 11".
5 differences, 2 of them with censored soundtrack
Difference: 12.2 sec
The numbers are still confusing but at least one DVD set now contains an entire season instead of episodes from two seasons, as it used to be the case with previous DVD releases. As a result, "Volume 11" (US) / "Season 12" (UK) contains all the episode of Season 10. Compared to the TV Versions, the DVD Versions are uncensored and uncut.
Episode 4 ("Stewie Goes for a Drive") is only a few seconds longer. We mainly get to see that the TV Version had to be trimmed down to fit the time schedule, since most of the animations that were cut out are not spectacular or raunchy at all. Additionally, there are two scenes with a censored soundtrack.
The autistic woman wiggles around a little longer.
Peter does not get beeped: "Big fucking deal."
In between, Stewie says to Gavin: "I tried to stick up for you but I can't, because everybody hates you."
After the shot of the radio, the following animation of Stewie begins a little earlier, thus we hear some more Radio jingles. Senseless samples repeat that the fifths caller is the winner.
Several guys: "Fifth caller. Caller number five. Not four, not six."
A sexy female voice: "Oh, five."
A Spanish voice: "Cinco! Cinco! Cinco!"
Stewie uses other words. Apparently, even the short form of the f-word is too much for American television.
TV Version: "This is so messed up right now."
DVD Version: "This is so eff'd up right now."
