Update:
After the headbutt, Malcolm kicks Lester in the face. Despite not being cut by the BBFC, Fox pre-cut it from the DVD before submission to the BBFC, replacing the kick to the face with a kick to the chest. Stranger still, the fullscreen VHS release contains the original kick to the face. (Thanks to Gavin Salkeld for this information).
