The Witcher Series is based on the fantasy novels of the polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski about the, well, witcher Geralt of Riva, who makes his living killing monsters. Witchers can be easily discerned by their different hair color and cat-like pupils.
The first part ends with a cliffhanger, which is instantly picked up in the successor. During the game, there are side quests to be followed, talks to be had and character traits to be upgraded, just as you would expect from a role-playing game.
The first part already contained quite a bit of blood and sex, but Assassins of Kingsy goes one step further. This time, limbs may be severed as well and the finishing moves are back as well.
Unfortunately, the Australian Censoring agency die not like the sexual scenes too much, especially two scenes were considered over the line. Geralt is being offered sex as a reward twice during the game. Players worldwide have the choice to steer the conversation in this direction, whereas gamers in Australia can only witness Geralt declining.
On the other hand, frequenting bothels and paying prostitues for sex ist still possible in the censored version.
Comparison between the uncensored German version and the censored Australian version.
After having done a few quests for her in the first chapter, Geralt meets the elf Mottle again in chapter two and she would like to "thank" Geralt. In the Australian version, the players do not have the choice to accept and therefore miss the following animation scene.
Again Geralt is offered some intimacy after having succeeded in a quest. And again he can only agree in the uncensored version outside of Australia.
