The UK version of this scandalous splatter classic by Joe D'Amato was directly taken from the R-Rated version and was not further cut. Besides some violence, there were also some plot scenes cut. This was probably done in order to shorten the movie and tighten the storyline, which happens quite often in the US. Missing shots shorter than a second will not be mentioned here.
The uncut version contains a few mastering mistakes which will not be mentioned here as well.
In the R-Rated, the opening credits start instantly. The Unrated, however, shows the boat in the water longer.

The couple walking down the beach and talking can be seen longer.
The woman says to the guy that he should come into the water. He answer that he had just eaten and wanted to stay on the beach for a while. She says that she would go swimming without him as well and walks into the water.
She swims a bit and tells the man that it was nice.
The corpse of the man with the hatched in his head can be seen longer. Then, we can see the couple that was previously killed walking through the streets to the beach while the credits are shown. It is unclear, why this is shown anachronously at this point.
An unimportant sentence by Daniel is missing. Due to continuity reasons, the shot of Julie is missing as well.
The group driving through the city in their van can be seen longer. The next shot of them leaving the gondola has been shortened as well.
A few shots of the drive through the city are missing again.
The group enters the van.
They talk longer.
They then get into the van again and drive on.
A shot of the group walking along the harbor is missing.
Mary is vomiting over the boat's railings. Then there is a scene change to Julie talking to Daniel. Carol looks jealous. Julie then goes to Andy and starts a chat with him while Carol and Daniel tal to each other.
Carol walks around the ship.

The camera pans from the landscape to the ship, where we can see Mary's shoe lying on the ground.

The man eater gets off Mary's neck and starts pulling the fetus out off her vagina. He the bites into it while Arnold is standing around helplessly and has to watch it.
The camera pans from the dead woman to the stairs and then to Carol standing at the railing.
Carol can be seen longer descending the staircase.
The shot of the corpse of the woman who had hanged herself has been shortened again.
One can see Carol standing around with her throat slit longer.
The shot of man eater pulling Oriette's head out of the roof and tearing her face while doing so has been shortened towards the end.
The R-Rated shows the man eater biting into Oriette's neck. However, it does not show him getting off it so her wound cannot be seen.
The camera pans on Oriette's corpse.
The man eater pulls his intestines out of his belly.
He holds them in front of his face and looks at them. After shots of Arnold and Julie he bites into them. The R-Rated starts again when he falls down and is dead.
