Comparison between the TV version and the DVD version, the latter represented by the US DVD set "Season 16"

- 2 different deviations, including 1 audio censorship
- difference: 37 sec

Same procedure as every year: The next DVD set of Family Guy available since December 2018 in the USA contains all episodes of Season 16. Here, too, the episodes are in an extended or simply uncensored version compared to the original TV broadcasts. A sticker on the plastic foil reveals this again. On the DVD set itself there are no further hints.

Episode 15 ("The Woof of Wall Street") offers an additional scene with Stewie and Chris, which obviously had tightening reasons for the TV broadcast. In addition a beep tone audio censorship. Business as usual.

As always, care must be taken with the German release with the same name "Staffel 16", which has been available since August 2018 - in the box-set are actually only the episodes from Season 14.

Remark: Episode 14 ("Veteran Guy") has no deviations between TV and DVD versions.

After the Fidelity commercial, there is an additional scene where Stewie demonstrates his success with the size of the table in his office.

Stewie: "Chris, there you are. Do you know why I called you down here today?"
Chris: "To see the enormity of your new desk?"
Stewie: "Yes. There are two kinds of people in this world, Chris. People on your side of the desk, and people on my side of the desk. Do you know how long it took me to get to my side of the desk? Five minutes, because you have to walk all the way around. So my question to you is this: How long do you want to be on your side of the desk?"
The phone-system answers: "Stewie, can I see you for a moment?"
Stewie: "Right away, Mr. Thorne."
He goes to the next room, where he faces a much longer table.
Mr. Thorne: "Do you know why I called you in here today?"
Chris laughs from the off.
