Compared are the TV Version and the DVD Version, the latter represented by the US DVD set "Volume 12".

4 differences, among them two with censored audio track and one with additional footage
Length difference: 22.2 sec

Here we go. New DVD set, new bunch of comparisons. The here compared US release "Volume 12" contains all episodes of Season 11. Contrary to the US TV Versions, all the DVD Versions are uncut and uncensored.

Episode 3 ("Old Man and the Big C") has about half a minute of additional footage. There's an additional fecal joke right at the beginning. The part with Lois saying "Stop being truthful" to Meg's comment that there's no God was obviously also a bit too much for the TV version. Moreover, there are to be found two instances of standard censored audio track.

The scene in the bathroom of the stadium begins earlier.
Peter: "Oh, man, these stadium bathrooms are always so disgusting. Look at that. There's even a guy taking a crap in the sink."
This is then shown and the guy says: "Oh, the last guy totally wrecked this sink."

Lois: "No, Chris, God's gonna heIp him, and he's gonna get better."
Meg: "He is gonna die, Chris, and there is no God."
Lois: "Meg, stop being truthful with your brother."

The following seconds are different in the two versions - the TV version has one longer animation throughout this scene, while in the DVD version they have already passed the bridge.
