4 differences, among them two with censored audio track and one with additional footage
Length difference: 22.2 sec

Here we go. New DVD set, new bunch of comparisons. The here compared US release "Volume 12" contains all episodes of Season 11. Contrary to the US TV Versions, all the DVD Versions are uncut and uncensored.

Episode 3 ("Old Man and the Big C") has about half a minute of additional footage. There's an additional fecal joke right at the beginning. The part with Lois saying "Stop being truthful" to Meg's comment that there's no God was obviously also a bit too much for the TV version. Moreover, there are to be found two instances of standard censored audio track.
