Comparison between the shortened UK VHS released by New Age Entertainment (BBFC 18) and the uncensored UK VHS released by Delta (BBFC 18).
There is 1 missing scene with a runtime of 3 seconds.
In the USA the movie Viper (original title: Bad Blood) was only released in a heavily shortened R-Rated version - still to this day there doesn't exist an official uncensored US-release of this movie.
In the UK they released the Unrated version, however, for the first edition they had to shorten the movie to receive a BBFC 18 rating. The scene that had to be cut out was a so-called "Ear Clap" (one of the things that had to be deleted from movies because they assumed that someone could imitate this behavior; however, when the BBFC rules were reformed, the "Ear Clap" was deleted from the list of "dangerous" scenes). The newer editions of UK VHS-tapes as well as DVDs include the completely uncensored Unrated version (also rated BBFC 18).
When the bald guy picks Travis up, the latter punches him "Ear Clap"-style.
