It is not unusual for Japanese cartoons (Anime) that the mostly female main characters get naked from time to time. This is called fan-service and is rather harmless (Not to be mistaken for the Adult-Animes that are way more explicit). Singapore, however, has much stricter rules for censorship and movies and TV-shows are cut according to them.

The main characters are having a pool party. Here, the entire scene was cut starting with the first and ending with the last appearance of a naked person. Obviously some of the plot got lost in the process, too. The entire creation of the water-demon is missing and when it chases the characters around the house nobody can really tell where it came from.
