Basket Case Trilogy Gets Blu-ray Release

Frank Henenlotter's Franchise First Time in HD

The Basket Case trilogy by director Frank Henenlotter did not have any trouble with censorship in the US. However, the first film was cut for a BBFC 18 rating in the UK (see comparison). Those cuts were waived in June 2012 and the uncut version is now available.

That's reason enough to release the trilogy on Blu-ray for the first time. All films are uncensored and have extensive bonus features on board. You can order the release here.
