The Taiwanese flick A Life of Ninja, shot in 1983, is one of the cheap but nonetheless very entertaining flicks that were released when ninjas were en vogue. Except for one single scene, the US Version is uncut. The cut is quite obvious but it could be much worse.

The phony chauffeur pushes the nail right in the head. At first, the puncture scene is done with a picture of the actual actor. Then it is a plastic nail in the head of an actual person.
When the camera pans from the dead guy back to him, the US Version is back in the game.
