A comparison between the Cinematic Version (NC-17) and the Unrated Version.

Along countless other recent movies, also Trey Parker's cult-trash-sex-parody Orgazmo has been released as an Unrated Version, which is now available on DVD. Compared to the Cinematic Version, which got slapped with an NC-17 rating by the MPAA, this one, however, is only 2.5 minutes longer, but there are amazingly 144 cuts in this short time.
I do dare to declare this Unrated Version to be pointless, since 118 cuts have no censorship reasons whatsoever and mostly it's only a face being shown for half a second longer. The really censored shots (though you can argue to which category the shortening of a sex scene of about 0.46 seconds belongs) don't actually make the movies's NC-17 version worse, since often just very little is missing and a part of the censored story definetly remained.

The US Special Edition DVD contains the NC-17 as well as the Unrated Version. Runtime of the Unrated Version without end credits: 1:31.33 Min.

The Runtimes refer to both versions, following the pattern Unrated / NC-17.

Altogether, there are 144 cuts, consisting of:
13 cuts in sex scenes
3 cuts because of violence
10 recuts
118 cuts without censorship reasons*

*) Those cuts were mostly done to reduce the idling between two shots, in order to maintain a level of excitement. However, if this worked, can be doubted, due to the short spans of times, those cuts take.
