Both versions are spoiled. In the Italian Version it's obvious, in the HK Version one can only recognize it in a one by one comparison.
Due to that three bloody shots are missing in the HK Version. Those are colored and those are also the only ones in the HK Version which are mentioned here.
Two men enter the temple, talk to a server and give him sth. for the empress. She's being prepared for dinner. She gets a new hair cut and she gets dressed. Then she's led to to dining hall where a group of artists are performing.
The two men are in the throne room, waiting for the empress.
She enters, takes a seat and everybody else bows down. Then they come up with their concerns.
Three rulers are having a discussion with their subjects.
Two officials come by and one of the rulers intentionally drops some money in an official's pocket, some dialog follows.
Fu Sheng is being shot of the carriage, but he's unharmed. Afterwards he tells his friends and sticks his finger into the bullet hole in his clothes.
A head shot is missing in the HK Version.

Two split groups find each other. The cheering soldiers are cut.

The boxers are running out of the temple, followed by a lot of dialog among the three friends. (Unfortenately I speak neither of the languanges).
While the Europeans are conquering the city, the empress gets "disguised" and she's guarded out of the palace.
Fu Sheng and his girlfriend hide in the palace and prepare a trap for the Germans.
The woman translates for the soldier from German to Chinese.
Again the translating woman.
She keeps on translating and explaines that he says that they wouldn't be afraid to die and that the foreign armed forces had to stop ravening and killing innocent people.
Here she says that he was going to stop his plans for retribution but that couldn't save her life either.
Now she translates that they would sacrify him with pleasure to save the innocent. She adds that they had to catch him first.
Fu Sheng takes some men down.
