Both versions are spoiled. In the Italian Version it's obvious, in the HK Version one can only recognize it in a one by one comparison.
Due to that three bloody shots are missing in the HK Version. Those are colored and those are also the only ones in the HK Version which are mentioned here.

Two men enter the temple, talk to a server and give him sth. for the empress. She's being prepared for dinner. She gets a new hair cut and she gets dressed. Then she's led to to dining hall where a group of artists are performing.
The two men are in the throne room, waiting for the empress.
She enters, takes a seat and everybody else bows down. Then they come up with their concerns.
