Compared are the TV Version and the DVD Version, the latter represented by the US DVD set "Volume 12".
7 differences, among them 2 with censored audio track and 2 with alternate footage
Length difference: 59.8 sec
Here we go. New DVD set, new bunch of comparisons. The here compared US release "Volume 12" contains all episodes of Season 11. Contrary to the US TV Versions, all the DVD Versions are uncut and uncensored.
Episode 12 ("Valentine's Day in Quahog") contains almost 1 minute of new footage. Right at the beginning of the episode, there's more (rather harmless) footage of Lois and Peter in bed. Moreover, there are a few smaller gags now and then. Definetely worth watching the DVD Version is Cleveland's appearance at the end of the episode.
The scene with Lois and Peter in bed ends differently.
In the TV Version, Peter says in the same animation: "Don't worry, if I need heIp, I'll just fantasize about that Victorian stripper."
In the DVD Version, he says instead: "Be as loud as you can. I want the kids to know we still got it."
An exterior shot follows, then the two of them having sex.
Peter is exhausted: "Oh, yeah! That was... Wow! How was the view from heaven, right? Exciting stuff for you there. So now what do we do?"
Lois: "Well, I guess we should stay in bed, right? I mean, we said we would.
Peter: "Oh, yeah, absolutely. I should be ready to go again in a little bit here. Don't worry, if I need heIp, I'll just fantasize about that Victorian stripper."

Modified Audio Track
Stewie uncensored: "None of your fucking business!"
Slightly extended exterior shot of the restaurant.
Cutaway / Valentine from Mexico after Consuela met her husband.
Modified Audio Track
In To Catch a Predator, one can hear uncensored: "No, I drove 900 fucking miles for a 14-year-old..."
Sandy speaks (still with Herbert as reciter) sooner to Chris.
Sandy: "Every time I lose consciousness on the toilet, you're the first thing I think of when I wake up."
Chris: "I love your stories."
The scene with Meg and Toby ends differently.
In the TV Version, they simply kiss longer.
In the DVD Version, she pushes him away and presses him: "But wait! You said you had to bring your boss a kidney."
Toby: "Don't worry. I took care of it."
At a hotel. Inside, Cleveland wakes up in a bathtub distracted: "What the hell? Ow!"
Then a sound and as in previous episodes, the bathtub slides out of the rundown house with Cleveland in it and the tub gets destroyed: "No, no, no, no, no, no!"
Subsequently, he says: "Ha-ha! Joke's on them. They got a black kidney."
