Project Shadowchaser II
(IMDB) OT: Project Shadowchaser II

Comparison:
R-Rated
Unrated

The second and hardest movie of the Shadowchaser-series had the goriest moments removed for the R-Rated version. This is a comparison between the R-Rated version and the uncut HK-DVD which has a tremendously good image quality. As all other versions known to me, the DVD is in full screen even though the HK-DVD does show a bit more of the image at all sides. So the US-tape is zoomed in a little.

Cut in 13 scenes: 0:33 minutes

The final gory shot through the guard that is shown in two shots is missing.
1.5 sec

Several scientists are hit gorily. The R-Rated version, however, contains another additional profile shot of a scientist being hit. Unfortunately, an image of this cannot be presented because of technical difficulties.
4.5 sec

The woman lying on the ground gets hit gorily (the R-Rated version only shows the first few frames). Then a woman's corpse slides down the console.
4 sec

Already at the beginning of the assaulting of the celebration a gory shot is missing. The R-Rated version shows escaping scientists that appear later in the Unrated version.
2 sec

The man gets hit gorily in two shots before he gets shot in the R-Rated version.
2 sec

After the two scientists turn away one of them gets hit extremely gorily.
1.5 sec

An extreme close up of the hit is missing. The R-Rated adds a little shot of the firing terrorist to fill the gap.
1 sec

The bullet hole of the woman is missing in the R-Rated version. Her going to the ground is still in it.
1.5 sec

Santa Claus getting hit gorily is missing.
1 sec

The guard gets hit gorily once more and then goes to the ground pretty spectacularly.
4 sec

The bad guy burns a little longer in the Unrated version before the fisticuffs continue. The R-Rated shows the boy to fill the gap.
2 sec

The burning terrorist hits in the air twice before he receives the jump kick. The Rated version shows the already known reverse shot of the boy, again.
4 sec

The betrayer with the glasses gets shot by the android a little longer. The shot from behind is completely missing in the R-Rated version. So the insert of the shooting android marks the end of the execution in the R-Rated version.
4 sec
