Cobain: Montage of Heck Gets Longer Version

Kurt Cobain Documentary Goes Back to Cinemas

The festival darling Cobain: Montage of Heck doesn't seem to resonate well with Nirvana fans but also with film critics that call it the best music documentary in quite some time. In the US, the doc was aired on the pay TV channel HBO which also produced it. In Germany, for example, it's already out on DVD and Blu-ray.

On August 7th, 2015, the documentary will have another cycle in some selected US cinemas and will feature an additional scene. This never-before heard and seen demo scene is almost 2 minutes long and when all goes well may end up on the eventual US Blu-ray. If you don't want to wait that long, you might want to check out Youtube where it surfaced already.
