American Horror Story - Season 1 Censored in UK

Pilot Episode Slightly Cut

TV horror booms and hauls in more than solid ratings for the channels. One of the prime products next to The Walking Dead is surely American Horror Story, which started in the previous TV season and became an instant hit on the cable channel F/X.

The UK get it on DVD and Blu-ray on October 15th, 2012. However, if you planned on grabbing the UK version, you should know that it will not be entirely uncensored.

The BBFC demanded to cut a dialogue in the pilot episode where a downplaying comment about a suicide method is made. This cut's duration is 5 seconds. Otherwise, the episode is still rated "18".

The other episodes of the season are uncut.
