Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D in Theaters 2017

Re-Release for the 25th Anniversary in 3D

What can be said about Terminator 2: Judgment Day that hasn't already been said? It's a cult classic and rightfully so. In 2017, its 25th anniversary will be celebrated and what better way of honoring it by putting it back onto the big screen with Arnold Schwarzenegger in his iconic role?

For this happening, James Cameron has overseen the process of digital remastering and 3D conversion. It'll also be interesting whether Cameron has made some small changes or not. If you remember, he did correct some mistakes when Titanic was re-released in 3D (see our comparison).

Right now, there's no official release date set for theaters yet, but the official Facebook page of the movie released a poster that says that it'll happen sometime in 2017.
